Editor – Hi, I’ve tried downloading it, it’s a little slow but it does work, -you might try right clicking / double tap on the link – and selecting ‘save as’, or try on a different computer, or different browser. There might be something in the pdf software you have which is preventing it downloading, for example after an ‘automatic update’ of my pdf reader it starting blocking all my pdf downloads, until I realised I had to click “trust this site”, I never liked these automatic update things! All the best, and send me an email if you don’t come right, I can send you the file.
