  • On page 14 (book “All types of aircraft”) is not a mistake?? “an aircraft which is lighter thaT air.”

Yes this is a mistake, thanks so much for pointing it out, it should be “than”, Danielle

  • I enjoyed the diagram feature and visual support. The spelling of airplane vs. aeroplane got my students pretty wound up, as it is not the common spelling of that craft.

Reply – Sorry! We’ve used English UK not English US, it may be a little confusing for US kids.

The pictures are nice, but the book lacks cohesion and momentum. Some of the explanations seem stiff, redundant and boring. Would give two stars.

    Danielle (editor/author) writes:
I read it to my daughter and she enjoyed it, but she likes aeroplanes…I know I need to work on my children’s non-fiction style a little, much more difficult than non-fiction for adults!!! It’s my first try, your feedback is much appreciated.
