Yes the short semi-wordless books are lots of fun especially for learner readers
I love this book because I can present this book to my esl kids before they actually learn phonics and reading. I can ask questions which I think are appropriate for each particular situation and answer them or wait for kids to answer. The book is simple, and one can focus on all the details whithout being distructed by other things
