Save the Planet is a short simple book for young children, and beginner ESL readers, promoting values of conservation and ecologically-friendly behaviour.
This book teaches children ten important lessons about conservation and actions that can help preserve and conserve our natural environment and the resources, for those of us, people and animals, who inhabit it. There are suggestions for lessons supporting the topics at the end which can be used for environmental / earth science education for classroom or home school exercises.
Each of the ten lessons in the book is introduced by an animal with a name that uses alliteration, eg Gerty Goat, Wally Walrus. These animals are a feature of Free Kids Books’ life lessons, Be Nice sight words series. (This revised edition has different animal characters based on feedback).
All books are available in Creative Commons – CC-BY-SA-NC, as a pdf download, read online, and in an editable form too – which allows users to build on this resource, create lesson materials, or even new resources to share. Thanks for your great idea! It’s very important to teach kids early on how to protect the environment and be kind to it. I love that the book has easy lessons that even the youngest readers can understand and fun animal characters. It’s also a great idea that the structure can be changed. This lets kids not only learn but also make up their own stories about protecting the Earth.
This book sounds like a fantastic resource for teaching children about conservation and environmental awareness in an engaging and accessible way.
What a wonderful initiative! Teaching kids about conservation and kindness to our planet from an early age is so important. I love how the book uses fun animal characters and simple lessons that even the youngest readers can understand. The editable format is also such a creative idea — it encourages children to not just learn, but also create their own stories about caring for the Earth.
The series has a deep and significant theme, which is why I enjoy it. The present state of the environment is plain to see. According to the current operating standards, the information given in the book is truly accomplished.

There appears to be a lack of awareness and understanding among individuals regarding the importance of environmental protection, which is regrettable. It is imperative that we implement more stringent measures to safeguard our living environment. It is imperative for nations across the globe to adopt more stringent measures in addressing behaviors that demonstrate a lack of environmental geometry dash consciousness.
I actually really like this series because the message is meaningful. It’s easy to see the current environmental situation. The information the book gives is actually realized according to the existing operating rules.
